1 - All the items put on sale on this site are authentic and correspond perfectly to the description. References on request. Our company is duly registered.
2 - Any imperfections and defects are reported. The orders are shipped in a quality packaging (waterproof and tear-proof envelopes).
3 - We ship worldwide. To order an item you can pay directly by Pay Pal or use the Contact Form in the Horizontal Menu above. Indicate the reference number of the object, the method of shipping desired as well as your mailing address and - if desired - your telephone number.
Within 24 Hours we will confirm the availability and the amount of the shipping costs.
4 - To settle you can also use Money Gram, Money Bookers, cash in registered letter or check.
5 - For objects of more than 300 euros we accept the regulations in several installments on a maximum delay of three months.
6 - We accept reservations if a 20% deposit is paid and all is paid within 90 days. If the item is not paid within 60 days we will return the item (s) for sale but the deposit paid will be changed to a credit for a future purchase.
7 - We are not responsible for loss by the postal services if you have not taken a package option with tracking. Ask about the legislation in force for this type of object in your country.
8 - Once the item received you have a period of 7 days to return it in case it does not give you full satisfaction. You will then be reimbursed in full (excluding postage and possible Pay Pal charges).
